HOW TO RETURN OR EXCHANGE A PURCHASE?
If for any reason you are not satisfied with the quality of the product, please return them to us within TEN (10) days. We will either give you a full credit or replace the goods, including any shipping charges you have paid. Requests for replacement of imprinted forms CANNOT be satisfied after TEN (10) days from the date of delivery. YOU MUST CALL FOR A RETURN AUTHORIZATION BEFORE RETURNING THE FORMS.
